Announcing our partnership with Victoria Legal Aid

Wellington Legal Services have been appointed to the Victoria Legal Aid Private Practitioner Panel for Family Violence Intervention Orders and Child Protection matters in the Children's Court of Victoria. Wellington Legal Services are also able to appear in Personal Safety Intervention Orders via funding from Victoria Legal Aid.

We will also appear in Courts throughout Gippsland as Duty Lawyers in these areas of law.

Wellington Legal Services are able to apply for funding direct from Victoria Legal Aid and are able to guide you through the eligibility requirements to take the stress out of your Court hearing.
